The Chardonnay is grown in Azienda Uggiano’s vineyards in Tuscany.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested only at optimal ripeness and undergo traditional vinification.
Ageing
Twenty per cent of the wine matures for six months in second-use French oak barrels; the remaining 80% rests in stainless-steel tanks.

Suitable as an aperitif and with seafood, fish, white meat, Mediterranean dishes and soft goat’s cheeses.
