Vintage notes
The 2025 season featured abundant spring rain followed by a cool summer with occasional showers. June was warmer than average, but rain in early July returned temperatures to a milder pattern. At harvest, the grapes showed strong ripeness, fruit character, acidity, and flavor.
Label / history
The name derives from the Greek calypte, meaning hummingbird, an image associated with the wine’s lightness and elegance. The screen-printed label draws on the floral world of the region and introduces a youthful visual language.
