Tasting profile
The current release has an intense bouquet of tropical fruit with citrus and floral accents characteristic of Vermentino grown in the Maremma. It is full-bodied, with pronounced acidity providing freshness and a persistent finish.
Serving and pairing
Serve the current release at 8–10 °C. Pair with fish and shellfish, seafood starters, light pasta, vegetables, white meats and fresh cheeses. It can also be served as an aperitif.
Vintage notes
The 2025 growing season was notably balanced. Abundant spring rainfall established water reserves, followed by a cool summer with occasional showers. June was warmer than the seasonal norm, but rain in early July restored temperatures consistent with a milder summer. The harvested grapes combined strong ripeness, fruit character, acidity and flavour.
