Vineyard and terroir
The Glera grapes grow in I Magredi’s vineyards in Friuli. The terroir gives the wine freshness, precise minerality and a distinctive character.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested by hand and gently pressed. Low-temperature fermentation preserves their freshness, followed by secondary fermentation using the Charmat-Martinotti method. The wine is made at the I Magredi winery.
Ageing
The wine rests in bottle for several months in Valdo’s cellars in Valdobbiadene, gaining balance and depth.
Tasting profile
Elegant, with gentle, fine bubbles and a delicate aroma. The palate is refined and clean, with freshness, precise minerality, balance and depth.
Label / history
The wine combines the terroir of Friuli Grave DOC, where the I Magredi winery is located, with Valdo’s sparkling-wine expertise. The label references I Magredi’s iconic circular vineyard.
