Vineyard and terroir
The grapes grow in I Magredi’s vineyards at an altitude of 80 metres in the Friuli Grave DOC area.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested by hand and pressed directly at the I Magredi winery. Only the most aromatic free-run juice is used. Following temperature-controlled fermentation, the wine undergoes a second fermentation for three months in sealed autoclaves according to the Charmat-Martinotti method.
Ageing
The wine is aged in Valdo’s cellars in Valdobbiadene and spends an unspecified period in bottle before release.
