The selected white grapes come from the Veneto region.
Vinification
The grapes are gently pressed and fermented at a controlled temperature, following a winemaking recipe passed down through generations. Secondary fermentation takes place in the bottle over approximately three months.

Suitable as an aperitif and with light fish or white meat dishes.
Label / history
The blend recalls the origins of Prosecco, when production rules were less restrictive and did not require at least 85% Glera. The name and label design deliberately refer to this past while also looking to the future.
