Vineyard and terroir
The grapes are grown in Veneto at an altitude of 80 metres, on alluvial and clay soils.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested by hand in September and gently pressed. Fermentation takes place in temperature-controlled stainless-steel tanks, followed by the Charmat method.
Ageing
The wine spends about three months on the lees.
Serving and pairing
Serve in a long-stemmed glass.
