Vineyard and terroir
The fruit is grown in the province of Treviso at an altitude of 80 metres, on alluvial clay soil.
Vinification
Harvest begins in mid-September, with all grapes picked by hand. Fermentation takes place at 18 °C.
Ageing
The wine rests for three months in stainless-steel tanks and a further three months in bottle.
Tasting profile
Delicate and elegant, with a fruity character.
Serving and pairing
Chill gradually before serving, avoiding sudden changes in temperature.
