Vineyard and terroir
The grapes are grown in Valdo’s own "I Magredi" vineyards.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested by hand and sorted. The must is vinified without skin contact and fermented in stainless-steel tanks at a controlled temperature of approximately 16 °C to develop its aromatic character. The wine is then gently dealcoholized under vacuum in a distillation column at 36–37 °C. No flavourings are added.
Tasting profile
Fresh, soft and refreshing, with a balanced, elegant character.
Serving and pairing
Suitable as an aperitif or as a base for alcohol-free cocktails. The bottle should be chilled gradually in the refrigerator, avoiding sudden temperature changes.
