Questo vino
Vineyard and terroir
The wine takes its name from the Magredi, the wide-open landscape of Friuli-Venezia Giulia. Sauvignon Blanc ripens here in ideal conditions, on mineral-rich soils and in a mild climate, which give the wine its distinctive elegance.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested by hand, then sorted and destemmed. After pressing, the must settles in a cool place. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks, to preserve the pure varietal character of the grape.
Ageing
Ageing takes place in stainless steel tanks.
