Vineyard and terroir
The grapes are grown in high-altitude vineyards. In the middle and lower parts of the Isarco Valley, Pinot Grigio grows in light clay soils that contribute structure, depth, minerality and character.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested entirely by hand. Malolactic fermentation is avoided to preserve the wine’s bright fruit character and the variety’s natural expression.
Ageing
The wine rests on fine lees in stainless steel tanks.

Elegant, refined and harmonious, with a well-balanced palate, pure freshness, bright fruit and subtle yet distinctive minerality. The flavour is rich and well defined, with structure and depth.
