Vineyard and terroir
The Chardonnay is grown around Ascoli Piceno and harvested by hand, gently.
Vinification
The grapes are pressed delicately. The juice goes to stainless steel tanks, where it settles at a low temperature. Fermentation is controlled.
Ageing
After fermentation the wine is aged until February of the following year, then bottled.
