The grapes grow in vineyards with marl and limestone soils.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested by hand and undergo 12 hours of cold maceration at the winery. Fermentation then takes place at a controlled temperature in closed, neutral vessels.
Tasting profile
The wine has a bright Muscat aroma and delicate effervescence.
Label / history
The name means “Constitutional Anarchy.” The winemaker chose it to evoke the striking intensity of the Muscat aroma.
