Storia
From 1879 to bottling
Vigneti Massa was founded in 1879 in southeastern Piedmont. For many years its wines were sold exclusively in bulk.
Walter Massa
Walter Massa, the fourth generation of the family, began bottling the wines. In 1980 he started growing and cultivating Timorasso, a variety now known as Italy's great white grape. After releasing his first Timorasso vintage, Walter knew he was heading in the right direction: the wine stood out for its power and potential.
Today
Vigneti Massa wines are popular in many countries across Europe and Asia, and have been recognized at a wide range of international competitions.
