Vineyard and terroir
The fruit is grown in limestone-rich clay soils.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested by hand and gently pressed. After cold filtration and the addition of yeast, the wine is fermented.
Ageing
The wine ages for eight months in new French oak barrels.
