Ageing
Approximately four months in small oak barrels, followed by another four months in large oak casks.

Tasting profile
Intense ruby red with purple reflections. The rich, concentrated nose combines oak and cedar nuances with dark fruit. The wine page highlights black cherry and smoked cedar, while the profile also describes blackberry and raspberry, followed by sweet spice and cinnamon. The palate is direct, structured and balanced, with soft, delicate tannins.
