Tasting profile
An intense, deep ruby red with purple undertones. The nose opens with eucalyptus, ripe dark berries and delicate spices. After several minutes in the glass, the bouquet develops chocolate, vanilla and a pronounced mineral character. Deep and rich on the palate, it finishes with delicate richness and fresh tannins, maintaining excellent balance.
Serving and pairing
Enjoyable upon release, with the capacity to mature for 10–15 years from the harvest.
