The grapes come from the hills of Roero, where the indigenous Arneis variety is widely cultivated. Yield is approximately 70 hl/ha.

Vinification
The grapes are harvested by hand and pressed directly and very gently. Fermentation takes place at low temperature without contact with the skins, preserving the wine’s aromatic expression.
