Vinification
The grapes are mechanically harvested at optimal ripeness. The must is vinified by a traditional dry-red method in stainless-steel tanks at a controlled temperature.
Ageing
The wine matures for 26 months, including nine months in oak barrels.

Pair with red-meat dishes and aged cheeses.
