Vineyard and terroir
The grapes grow in South Tyrol (Alto Adige), along the Mendola ridge, at elevations of 250–700 metres. The vineyard soils comprise limestone, sand and loam.
Vinification
After harvest, fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at 26 °C.
Ageing
The wine matures in large Slavonian oak barrels.
Tasting profile
It balances maturity with youthful freshness and elegance.
