Vineyard and terroir
The fruit is grown in Alto Adige along the Mendola ridge, at elevations of 250–700 metres.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested by hand into small crates and gently pressed. The must ferments in temperature-controlled stainless-steel tanks.
Ageing
The wine rests briefly in stainless-steel tanks after fermentation.
