Vineyard and terroir
The grapes grow in the Lugana area on the southern shore of Lake Garda. The area is hilly, with clay and chalk soils of glacial origin.

Vinification
The grapes are harvested by hand in late September. They are destemmed, then gently crushed and pressed. Winemaking begins with cold maceration, followed by fermentation of the must at a controlled temperature in stainless steel tanks.
Ageing
The wine stays in stainless steel tanks until bottling.
Tasting profile
A semi-dry white with a delicate, fresh taste. The aroma is intensely fruity, with distinctive hints of almond.
