Questo vino
Vineyard and terroir
The grapes are grown in the Valpolicella Classico area, in hillside vineyards north of Verona. The soils are predominantly reddish-brown, with limestone and basalt deposits.
Vinification
After harvest, the grapes are dried to concentrate their flavours and aromas, then fermented on the skins.
Ageing
The wine ages in old oak barriques for 1–2 years, followed by a period in stainless steel tanks before bottling.
