David Seymour to lead national sales at De Bortoli Wines
The 30-year company veteran will take up the newly announced role in November as Vince Gurciullo prepares to retire after 20 years with the family-owned winery.
De Bortoli Wines has appointed David Seymour as General Manager – National Sales, effective in November 2026. He will succeed Vince Gurciullo, who is retiring after 20 years with the family-owned Australian winery.1
Seymour joined De Bortoli Wines in 1996 as its first trainee sales representative and has since held senior sales and state management positions. Most recently, he served as State Manager for Victoria, Tasmania and South Australia, overseeing sales operations across the 3 states.1
Gurciullo joined the company in June 2006 as State Manager for Victoria and later rose to lead its national sales operations. De Bortoli Wines said his work included developing sales structures, strengthening retail partnerships and expanding the portfolio’s reach across Australia.1
