About this wine
Vineyard and terroir
The fruit comes from Appiano, from vineyards at 420 m above sea level. The vines grow on loamy, sandy soils covered with fine gravel, on south- and southwest-facing slopes with gradients of 10–45°.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested in mid-September and fermented in stainless-steel tanks at approximately 20 °C.
Ageing
The wine remains in the same stainless-steel tanks with natural yeast for six months.
