About this wine
Vineyard and terroir
The vineyards lie on hills surrounded by mountains, with winds descending from the Alpine peaks.
Vinification
The Moscato is harvested and pressed in whole bunches to obtain the aromatic juice from the upper part of each berry. The juice is stored in stainless-steel tanks at −3 °C, potentially for several months. The must is then transferred to temperature-controlled pressurised tanks for fermentation. Following gentle filtration, the wine is bottled to retain its natural freshness and aroma.
Tasting profile
The wine is soft and inviting, with a bright, crisp character and light sparkle. It is fresh and lively, with a pure, expressive bouquet.
