About this wine

Vineyard and terroir

The fruit comes from Bricco Quaglia and other vineyards in Castagnole delle Lanze and Mango. The south-facing holdings cover 20 ha at an altitude of 300 m. The vines average 40 years of age and grow in calcareous marl that tends toward sandy characteristics.

Grapes

100% Moscato.

Vinification

Alcoholic fermentation takes place in temperature-controlled autoclaves for an average period of three months.

Technical data

The 2024 wine has 5.5% alcohol by volume and total acidity of 5.2 g/L. It is available in 375 ml and 750 ml bottles. Average production is 110,000 bottles.

Tasting profile

The general profile is complex, fragrant and mineral, with peach, sage and delicate honey aromas. Fresh-fruit and fine-herb flavours lead into a notably clean, fresh finish. The 2024 vintage is bright yellow with green highlights. Mango, lime zest and wildflowers shape the bouquet; the palate is fresh and aromatic, with citrus and floral nuances and a broad yet delicate finish.

Serving and pairing

Serve at 6–8 °C in a Bordeaux glass.

Label / history
