About this wine
Vineyard and terroir
The grapes come from a dedicated vineyard near Vagliagli, where the vines grow in soils rich in limestone and clay.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested in early October and vinified using traditional methods. The must ferments in stainless-steel tanks for 12–15 days at a controlled temperature of 16–17 °C.
Ageing
The wine rests in steel tanks for 2–3 months.
Label / history
Annual production is approximately 4,000 bottles.
