About this wine
Vineyard and terroir
Each variety is grown on a separate plot. The Syrah comes from an old vineyard, while Perricone and Nerello Mascalese grow on younger sites. All vines are farmed organically and biodynamically, and the grapes are harvested by hand.
Vinification
The varieties are vinified separately with natural yeasts. Syrah undergoes the longest skin contact. The must is fermented partly in stainless-steel tanks and partly in oak barrels. The wine is bottled without filtration.

Rich and expressive, with fruit and berry aromas.
