The Garganega fruit is grown in Veneto.
Vinification
The first fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks. At the end of April in the year after harvest, the wine is bottled with a sugar-rich dry must from the same variety containing natural yeasts, which initiates a second fermentation. It is neither disgorged nor filtered, leaving yeast sediment and solid particles in the bottle.
