About this wine
Vineyard and terroir
The grapes come from organic vineyards on volcanic soils.
Vinification
After harvest the wine ferments spontaneously in wooden barrels, with 13 days of skin contact. It is a natural wine.
Ageing
The wine rests for 8 months in stainless steel tanks, which preserve its freshness and lively character. It is bottled in March of the following year, an approach meant to retain the juicy fruit and easy-drinking style.
Tasting profile
Well structured, fresh and juicy, with an uncomplicated, easy-drinking style and plenty of character. It is best enjoyed young.
