About this wine
Vinification
After harvesting and sorting, the grapes are pressed and undergo a short cold maceration before fermentation. Fermentation takes place at a controlled temperature of 14–16 °C for 8–10 days.
Ageing
A brief period of ageing in stainless steel tanks follows fermentation.
