About this wine
Vineyard and terroir
The grapes are grown in northern Italy.
Vinification
After harvest, the bunches are gently pressed. Only the first-press juice is retained, following the “Mosto Fiore” method. After a short rest, the juice is separated from the sediment, filtered and fermented at 16–18 °C. The wine is then blended and undergoes a second fermentation.
Tasting profile
The aroma is refreshing, with hints of southern flowers. The palate is unusually full yet smooth, accompanied by a fine, delicate stream of bubbles.
Serving and pairing
Pair with light, low-fat dishes and summer appetizers.
