About this wine
Vineyard and terroir
The vineyards are located across the province of Agrigento, mainly on limestone soils at 230–270 m above sea level, with a planting density of 5,000 vines per hectare.
Vinification
The bunches are picked at optimal ripeness and placed in small crates. After selection, the grapes are destemmed and fermented on the skins for 10–15 days in temperature-controlled stainless-steel tanks.
Ageing
The wine rests for six months in stainless-steel tanks, followed by three months in the winery’s cellars after bottling.

Smooth, refreshing and elegant, with a classic character.
