Vineyard and terroir
The grapes grow in vineyards in the Maremma microzone.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested at optimal ripeness. Fermentation takes place in temperature-controlled stainless-steel tanks at the winery.
Ageing
The wine ages for 12 months in steel tanks, followed by four months in the winery’s cellars after bottling.
