Vinification
The must ferments in stainless-steel tanks with naturally occurring yeasts, followed by 20 days of maceration.
Ageing
Forty percent of the wine ages in stainless-steel tanks; the remaining 60% spends eight months in French barriques.

The nose is fruity and spicy. The palate is rich yet elegant.
