About this wine
Vinification
The Barbera grapes are harvested by hand and carefully sorted. The must ferments at a controlled temperature before pressing. Oenologist Paolo Torchio oversees fermentation and bottling.
Ageing
The wine matures for eight months in oak barrels, followed by several additional months in bottle.
Tasting profile
Harmonious and well-balanced.
