About this wine
Vineyard and terroir
Gavium is a passito made from the finest bunches selected by hand in the winery’s hillside vineyards.
Vinification
The grapes are left to dry naturally until January. The traditional method relies on time to settle and clarify the wine, and the complete preparation takes more than 12 months.

Alcohol: 15% vol. Sugar: 40 g/l. Total acidity: 6.15 g/l. Harvest period: 10–22 September.

A contemplative wine with rich, intense and complex aromas and flavours, balanced by fresh, dry and crisp impressions that preserve its drinkability.
Serving and pairing
Designed to be sipped slowly on its own, Gavium can also accompany aged or blue cheeses and dry pastries.
