About this wine
Vinification
The grapes are destemmed and gently pressed. Fermentation takes place in steel tanks, and the wine undergoes a five-month second fermentation using the Charmat method.
Ageing
The wine matures on its lees in steel tanks.

Balanced, with a refined mousse and well-balanced acidity.
