About this wine
Vineyard and terroir
The grapes are grown in Biscardo’s vineyards in Veneto.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested at optimal ripeness and undergo primary fermentation at a controlled temperature in the winery. Secondary fermentation takes place in autoclaves using the Charmat method.
