About this wine
Vineyard and terroir
The grapes are carefully selected and come from vines 15–20 years old, planted on hillsides with limestone and clay soils. The aspect of the vineyards and the soils give the wine a delicate minerality, good structure and characteristic floral aromas.
Vinification
Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature, which preserves the wine's bright freshness.

Suited to vegetarian dishes, fish appetizers and white meat, and also to serving as an aperitif. It is a popular summer wine.
