About this wine
Vineyard and terroir
The fruit is grown in the vineyards of Antica Cantina Boido.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested by hand at optimal ripeness and gently pressed at the winery. The must undergoes temperature-controlled fermentation. A second fermentation follows in sealed pressure tanks using the Charmat method, with sugar and yeast added to the base wine. The wine is filtered twice before bottling.
