About this wine
Origin: Bolsignano vineyard on the Montalcino hillside at approximately 300 m above sea level, on tufaceous marl soils. Grapes: 100% Sangiovese. Vinification: fermentation in stainless-steel vats for approximately 20 days. Aging: approximately 36 months in oak barrels of different capacities followed by at least four months in bottle. Annual production: approximately 5,000 bottles.
