About this wine
Grapes
The blend comprises 60% Chardonnay and 40% Pinot Bianco.
Vinification
The grapes ripen late in the season and are harvested between 25 August and 5 September. After gentle pressing, primary fermentation takes place at a controlled temperature with selected yeasts. Secondary fermentation follows in autoclaves for 3–4 months using the Martinotti–Charmat method.
Ageing
After secondary fermentation, the wine ages for 4–6 months.
Tasting profile
Expressive fruit aromas accompany a graceful lightness. The palate is soft and well balanced.
