About this wine

Vineyard and terroir

The wine is made exclusively from selected grapes grown on the hills of Conegliano and Valdobbiadene.

Tasting profile

Refined and elegant in style, it has a restrained aroma that gives greater prominence to its flavour. Sweetness and acidity are finely balanced.

Label / history

Umberto Bortolotti founded the winery in 1947, after graduating from the wine school in Conegliano. In 1954, it moved to its present location in the heart of Valdobbiadene. The building has since been renovated and expanded several times, while production methods have continued to evolve. Umberto’s son Bruno later followed him into the business. For more than 60 years, the winery has combined local traditions with advanced technology.
