About this wine
Vineyard and terroir
The vineyards are in Collio in northeastern Italy, where the climate is cool and humid. They face east and southeast and lie on soils composed mainly of marl with layers of sandstone.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested by hand in mid-October. Fermentation takes place in stainless-steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 15–18 °C.
Ageing
The wine matures for six months in stainless-steel tanks.
Tasting profile
Expressive and generous on the nose, with fruit and mineral notes. The palate is rich, bright, well structured and well balanced.
