About this wine

Vineyard and terroir

The grapes are grown near Custoza, southeast of Lake Garda in Veneto, on soils of morainic origin.

Vinification

The grapes are harvested by hand, then gently pressed and macerated before fermentation at a controlled temperature.

Tasting profile

Balanced and layered in character.

Label / history

The wine takes its name from the nearby village of Custoza, where it is produced. It is bottled in a special “Consorzio” bottle bearing the quality seal of the winemakers’ association known as the “Consortium,” established to oversee the quality of alcoholic products made in the region.
