About this wine
Vineyard and terroir
The fruit is hand-harvested from the dedicated Monte Foscarino vineyard in the Soave area.
Vinification
The grapes are gently pressed and undergo cold maceration to draw out Garganega's aromas and flavours.
Ageing
The wine rests in stainless-steel tanks, followed by further maturation in bottle.
