Deep ruby red. The complex nose combines red fruit with vinous and spicy notes. Harmonious, full and velvety on the palate, with tannins and acidity held in balance.

Serve at 16–18 °C. Pair with grilled or braised red meat. Traditional Veronese matches include Pastissada de caval, Lesso con Pearà and ribbon noodles with black Baldo truffle.
