Tasting profile
Deep ruby red. The complex nose emphasizes red fruit alongside vinous and spicy notes. Harmonious, full-bodied and velvety on the palate, with tannins and acidity in balance.
Serving and pairing
Serve at 16–18 °C. Pair with grilled or braised red meat. Traditional Veronese matches include Pastissada de caval, Lesso con Pearà and ribbon noodles with black Baldo truffle.
